Welcome to the Qualification and Registration Tracking System (QuARTS)
QuARTS contains qualification and registration information for all building practitioners regulated by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s (MMAH) qualification program.
QuARTS allows you to:
- Obtain a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN)
- Register, renew, reinstate and/or update your registration(s)
- Receive renewal notices prior to your registration(s) expiring and if your registration expires
- Upload insurance forms (Registered Code Agencies and design firms only)
- Pay your fees online
- Receive confirmation of application submissions and completed transactions
